Nagarkot: The ‘Nagarkot Visit Year-2082 BS’ is set to commence tomorrow, aiming to promote the culture, nature, and history of the Nagarkot area. The event is a collaborative effort involving the Changunarayan municipality, Mandandeupur municipality, Banepa municipality, and Shankharapur municipality, all of which are jointly organizing the launch at Batasedanda, Nagarkot.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the visit year is expected to attract a significant number of tourists, both domestic and international. The event is organized in coordination with the Nagarkot Naldum Tourism Development Committee, the Bagmati Province government, and the Nepal Tourism Board.
Jeevan Khatri, the Mayor of Changunarayan municipality, conveyed to RSS that the campaign will be celebrated in Nagarkot with a focus on eco-tourism, agriculture tourism, ethnic costumes, festivals, and the cultural identity of all four participating municipalities.
