Kathmandu:Prime Minister Balendra Shah has highlighted the Nepal Premier League (NPL) as a significant celebration of Nepali sports in recent years. He conveyed his best wishes for the success of the third edition of the NPL, which begins today.
According to National News Agency RSS, Prime Minister Shah welcomed international athletes and commentators participating in the NPL. He extended sincere wishes to Nepali players, event organizers, and the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) for the successful execution of the event.
The inaugural match of the NPL is set to commence today at 500 PM, featuring the Lumbini Lions, the champions of the second edition, competing against the Sudurpashchim Royals, the runners-up.
