PM Oli Inaugurates Panini Conference Amidst Enthusiastic Gathering


Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inaugurated the Historic Panini Conference amidst a programme organized at Panini rural municipality of Arghakhanchi district today. The event marks a significant gathering aimed at exploring the profound impacts of ancient language and culture.



According to National News Agency Nepal, Sanskrit language scholars, religious teachers, researchers, and policy-makers have come together for this two-day conference. The event, organized by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Transport of Lumbini Province, the Tourism Development Council, Panini Rural Municipality, and Rainadevi Chhahara Rural Municipality, aims to foster discussions on the Sanskrit language, ancient knowledge, civilization, and the tourism potential that these elements hold.



Earlier in the day, Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chet Narayan Acharya, extended a warm welcome to PM Oli at the programme venue. The conference is expected to serve as a platform for significant discussions that could contribute to the cultural and touristic development in the region.
