Kathmandu: Surya Nepal Pvt. Ltd. has donated agriculture ambulances to two municipalities in the district. The agriculture ambulances have been provided to facilitate the marketing of agricultural produce produced by farmers of Shuklagandaki Municipality and Myagde Rural Municipality.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Anjan Duwadi, Head of the Human Resources Department of the Pvt. Ltd., shared that agriculture ambulances worth Rs. 2.6 million each have been handed over to the two municipalities. Shuklagandaki Municipality Mayor Krishna Raj Pandit said that the agricultural collection center established in Bel Chautara will now be put into operation by collecting agricultural produce from the villages.
Deputy Mayor of the municipality, Khum Bahadur BK, stated that community buildings in the villages will be developed as agricultural collection centers. The agricultural ambulances will be used to bring agricultural produce to the market.
