Kathmandu: A total of 670 new business firms and enterprises were registered in Tanahun district in the last fiscal year.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Integrated Service Office reported that 243 enterprises and 327 business firms were registered in the fiscal year 2082/83 BS. The district experienced an increase in new business firms and enterprises compared to the previous fiscal year, with 94 more registrations in 2082/83 BS than in 2081/82 BS.
The newly-registered businesses and enterprises span the trading, production, and service sectors, as stated by Office Chief Ishwari Prasad Regmi. Additionally, the registration of 484 businesses was canceled in the last fiscal year.
The Office has renewed a total of 3,477 industries and business firms in the district so far.
