Accra:The winners of the Taxpayer Incentive Gift Programme’s cash prizes for purchases made from October 2 to 17 have been revealed.
According to National News Agency Nepal, artists Deepak Raj Giri and Deepa Shree Niraula announced the lucky winners during a programme held today.
Director General of the Inland Revenue Department, Bhisma Kumar Bhusal, disclosed that the bumper prize of Rs 1 million was awarded to coupon number 081632515849.
Additionally, several taxpayers have won Rs 133,334 each, with the winning coupon numbers being 088790170, 093898314868, 080162976934, 082808976372, 087651690053, 089691855670, 081602355644, 090574823850, 078224858688, 086623099515, 092156345142, 08599440312, 089865310729, 084086004001, 091015626249, and 08389676153.
The government launched this incentive programme to promote transparency in financial transactions.
