Chitwan: The vehicular movement has remained regular along the Prithvi Highway and Narayanghat-Mugling road section from 6:00 this morning, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan.
According to National News Agency Nepal, traffic was suspended after 9:00 pm on Sunday along the Narayanghat-Mugling road section in Chitwan district due to the high risk of landslides following incessant rainfall on Friday and Saturday.
Superintendent of Police of Chitwan, Govinda Puri, stated that vehicles have resumed their journeys with the reopening of traffic. He also mentioned that vehicles stationed in 14 holding centres across the districts have started their trips from this morning.
