Tanahu: Ten people have taken ill after consuming mushroom at Byas municipality-6 in Tanahu district.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the individuals affected include Guru Bahadur Pulami, 63, Surendra Bahadur Pulami, 31, Narayan Magar, 30, Pabitra Magar, 23, Til Bahadur Thapa, 42, Chakra Bahadur Pulami, 66, Arati Pulami, 18, Keshav Pulami, 36, Sita Pulami, 65, and four-year-old Sabin Pulami. This information was provided by Police Inspector Bikas Paswan at the District Police Office in Tanahu.
The group fell ill after consuming a mushroom curry on Friday evening. The mushrooms were collected from a farm by Narayan Magar. All ten individuals are currently receiving treatment at Province Hospital, Damauli, and they are reportedly out of danger.
