Dhaka: The Police Headquarters (PHQ) today sought information from the public regarding eight unidentified martyrs of the July-August movement. The PHQ has urged anyone with knowledge that could help identify these individuals to reach out via the mobile number 01320001223.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the PHQ stated in a brief message that photographs of these unidentified martyrs are preserved at their headquarters. The message further detailed that the bodies of these eight martyrs, who perished during the mass uprising of the anti-discrimination students’ movement, were buried as unclaimed by Anjuman Mufidul Islam.
