Birgunj: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Raj Kumar Gupta, has announced that the government has initiated development activities in various districts under the Tarai/Madhes prosperity programme. The initiative aims to enhance the living standards of marginalized communities.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Minister Gupta laid the foundation stone for a concrete road at Sakhuwaprasauni rural municipality-5. He emphasized his commitment to the development and prosperity of landless and poor communities. The government expects these programmes to safeguard and promote the interests of local inhabitants.
In addition, Minister Gupta inaugurated another concrete road project at Paterbasugauli rural municipality-4. This infrastructure project is estimated to cost Rs 4.5 million, marking a significant investment in the region’s development.
