Tianjin: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli attended a banquet and gala performance hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping and his spouse Peng Liyuan for the participants of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit here Sunday. The high-level Nepali delegation, including First Lady Radhika Shakya, was present at the event held at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention Centre.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the high-level Nepali delegation, led by PM Oli, is currently on an official visit to China at the invitation of President Xi. During this visit, PM Oli and President Xi held a bilateral meeting on Saturday, marking the first day of the five-day trip.
PM Oli is scheduled to address the SCO Summit the following day, further strengthening ties and cooperation between the two nations.
