Kathmandu: Guru Nanak Jayanti is being observed by the Sikh community living in Nepal and different parts of the world today. Guru Nanak is the founder of the Sikh religion.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the spiritual leader had inspired humanity for tolerance, compassion, and love. The Sikh community celebrates the day with much reverence. The prayers are held, sermons recited, and activities of human service performed on this occasion.
