Kathmandu: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Anil Kumar Sinha has stated that aircraft today are not just a means of transporting passengers to their destinations but also a combination of innovation, technology, safety, and human-centric services.
According to National News Agency Nepal, at a program organized by the Cabin Crew Association of Nepal (C-CAN) on the occasion of International Civil Aviation Day, Minister Sinha highlighted that new innovations are continuously being implemented globally to make flights safer, more environmentally friendly, on-time, and passenger-friendly. He emphasized that central to all these advancements is the role of humans, particularly the contribution of cabin crew.
Minister Sinha underscored that innovation should not remain theoretical but should be actualized within the cabin, with cabin crews playing a crucial role in delivering these advancements to passengers. He noted, “It is because of your skills, adaptability, readiness to learn and grow that the development of aviation has become possible. Innovation modernizes aviation, but your humanity, smile, sympathy, and patience are always indispensable.”
He further remarked that the courage, compassion, and adaptability of cabin crews in handling medical emergencies, irregular weather, and varying passenger moods during flights form the identity of the organization.
