Petro Price Hike from This Midnight


Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petroleum products, reasoning international price hike. The changed price is being enforced from this midnight.



According to National News Agency Nepal, it is the second time the petro price is hiked. As per the changed rate, the price of diesel/kerosene and petrol has been increased by Rs 15 per litre.



With this, a litre of petrol costs Rs 199.50 in the areas of Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amalekhgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj; while it costs Rs 201 in the areas of Surkhet and Dang, and Rs 202 in the areas of Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal.
