Kathmandu: The Federal Parliament Session is set to be prorogued from Friday midnight.
According to National News Agency Nepal, President Ramchandra Paudel announced the conclusion of the current session of the Federal Parliament following the recommendation of the Council of Ministers on April 7. This decision aligns with Article 93 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal. The sessions for both houses had commenced on April 2.
