Collaboration Needed Among Pro-Republicans


Kathmandu: Senior leader of CPN (Unified Socialist) Rajendra Pandey has emphasized the importance of creating public voices in support of the federal democratic republic system to strengthen national sovereignty. Pandey highlighted the necessity for preparations to combat regressive forces and urged all republican forces to collaborate in this effort during a program organized by the Socialist Press Organization.



According to National News Agency Nepal, Pandey expressed concerns about the country’s recent political situation, describing it as serious. He called for concerted efforts from all sides to counteract the regressive moves of conservative forces.



Additionally, CPN (Unified Socialist) leader Prakash Jwala noted the crucial role that media has played in establishing democracy in the country. Shambhu Shrestha, Chairman of the Socialist Press Organization, emphasized that the media should remain proactive concerning national sovereignty, the republic, people’s livelihood, and good governance.
