Siddhi: The driver of a jeep died after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed in Siddhi Kalyanchaur last night.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Rampani Neupane, the driver of the vehicle (Ba.18 Cha. 8973) heading from Siddhi to Kalyanchaur, died in the accident that took place at Kalika Municipality-11 at 10:30 pm on Saturday, as stated by Information Officer Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office.
Neupane, who was seriously injured in the incident, succumbed to his injuries during treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. The jeep had fallen about 150 meters below the road.
Police confirmed that driver Neupane was the only person on board the vehicle at the time of the accident.
