Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) central member and former minister Ramesh Lekhak has been bereaved of his mother. His mother, Sharada Devi Lekhak, passed away while undergoing treatment at Hams Hospital in Kathmandu. She was 89 years old.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Sharada Devi Lekhak had been suffering from asthma for a long time. Her last rites were conducted at Pashupati Aryaghat, as confirmed by family sources. Sharada Devi Lekhak is survived by four daughters and a son.
