According to National News Agency Nepal, the House of Representatives (HoR) has unanimously agreed to forward four Bills to the relevant committees for clause-wise discussion.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, presented the proposal to send the ‘Mediation (second amendment) Bill, 2083’ for detailed parliamentary committee deliberation. Along with this, she also put forth the ‘Nepal Law Commission (first amendment) Bill, 2083’ and the ‘Free Legal Aid Bill, 2083’ for similar purposes.
Additionally, Minister for Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Gita Chaudhary, proposed that the ‘Infectious Livestock Disease (Control) Bill, 2083’ be sent to the related committee for thorough examination.
