Kathmandu: The first friendly football match between Nepal and Bangladesh has ended in a goalless draw. The match played today at Dasarath Stadium in Tripureshwar concluded without either team managing to score before the end of the allotted time.
According to National News Agency Nepal, both teams had some opportunities to score during the match, but they could not capitalize on them. The anticipation now builds for the second friendly match between Nepal and Bangladesh, which is scheduled to be held on September 9. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has stated that if there is no clear result in the upcoming match, it will proceed to a penalty shootout.
