Gold Price Reaches Record High in Domestic Market


Kathmandu: The price of gold has reached its highest level so far in the domestic market today. The yellow metal is being traded at Rs 221,700 per tola (11.66 grams), as reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. On Monday, the price of gold was Rs 217,800 per tola, marking an increase of Rs 3,900 per tola today compared to the earlier rate.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the price of silver has been determined at Rs 2,680. In the international market, the price of gold is approximately 3,748 USD per ounce, the Federation noted.
