Kathmandu: The price of gold has increased by Rs 5,700 per tola (11.66 grams), setting a new all-time high in the domestic market today.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has determined the price of hallmark gold at Rs 181,100 per tola today. Previously, gold was traded at Rs 175,400 per tola on Wednesday.
In addition to gold, the price of silver has also seen an increase in the domestic market. The price of silver is now fixed at Rs 1,900 per tola, compared to Rs 1,835 on Wednesday.
