Dolpa: Minister for Drinking Water Pradeep Yadav emphasized the government’s commitment to addressing the basic needs of Dolpa’s residents, during the inauguration of a drinking water and sanitation project in Ekholi, Thulobheri Municipality. Minister Yadav highlighted the government’s dedication to improving living standards through essential services.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Minister Yadav assured that the government is resolute in meeting the needs of local citizens, particularly in remote areas like Dolpa. He emphasized the transformative potential of drinking water schemes in enhancing the quality of life across Nepal’s remote regions, including Dolpa.
The minister expressed optimism that the newly inaugurated drinking water project would be a significant step towards ensuring access to clean water. He acknowledged the essential role played by local cooperation and support in achieving notable progress in Dolpa’s water supply initiatives.
Additionally, Minister Yadav announced the est
ablishment of a rural water supply service support center in Thulibheri Municipality-7 Jufal, created in collaboration with the Ministry of Water Supply. This initiative aims to further bolster water supply services in the district.
