Abukhaireni:Home Minister Sudhan Gurung engaged in discussions with Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leaders and local residents in Abukhaireni, Tanahun, addressing contemporary issues affecting the community.
According to National News Agency Nepal, RSP leader Basu Panta stated that the meeting focused on local concerns, including the state of law and order in the district, online fraud, and the situation of citizens affected by disasters.
During the discussion, attention was drawn to the challenges faced by locals, particularly families of those missing from the Bhote Koshi floods, who inquired about government efforts to support affected families. Local residents also expressed concerns over the plight of disaster-impacted families and their ongoing difficulties.
Home Minister Gurung was briefed on the law and order situation in Tanahun district and the rise in online fraud. Following complaints from victims about the lack of assistance, Gurung contacted the concerned administrative official and directed them to expedite the assistance process.
