Hetauda: Kanti Lokpath, a short route connecting Hetauda city to the Kathmandu valley, has faced obstruction since early morning after a truck overturned on the road. The incident has resulted in a complete blockage of traffic along this crucial route.
According to National News Agency RSS, the truck, identified by its registration number Na 3 Kha 3192, was transporting medicines from Birgunj to Kathmandu. It lost control due to a brake failure at Baguwa of Bhimphedi rural municipality-8, Makwanpur. The overturned vehicle has led to a traffic standstill, with many vehicles stranded on the road.
Efforts are currently underway to clear the obstruction and resume vehicular movement. The police are actively working to remove the incapacitated truck, as confirmed by Puskar Bogati, DSP at the Makwanpur District Police Office.
