country.

Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, at many places over Rangpur, Dhaka and
Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Khulna and Rajshahi
divisions with heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country except
Rajshshi and Khulna divisions,” said a met office forecast for the next 24
hours since 9am today.
Trough of low lies over West Bengal to the North Bay across southwestern part
of Bangladesh. Monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over the

Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over Rajshahi division and the

at Rajshahi while the lowest temperature today was recorded by 21.8 degree
Celsius at Nikli.
The highest rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6am today was
recorded by 135 millimeters (mm) at Sylhet.
