Arunachal Pradesh: The match schedule for the 2025 SAFF U-19 Championship has been unveiled. The Championship, organized by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF), will take place from May 9 to May 18 at the Golden Jubilee Stadium in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the schedule reveals that Nepal will face Sri Lanka in its first match on May 11. On the same day, Bhutan and Bangladesh will compete in their opening Group ‘A’ match. Nepal has been placed in Group ‘B’ alongside India and Sri Lanka. Nepal’s second match will be against host India on May 13, with another Group ‘A’ match between Maldives and Bhutan occurring on the same date.
The Championship will be contested by six countries from South Asia. The inaugural matches will feature Bangladesh against the Maldives, and Sri Lanka against India.
