People’s Trust in Maoist Centre on the Rise, Says Chair Dahal

GAURIGUNJ: People’s trust in the CPN (Maoist Centre) is on the rise, according to Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, who addressed a gathering organized by the Maoist Centre in Gaurigunj, Jhapa. Chair Dahal affirmed his belief that the Nepali populace would once more support the CPN (Maoist Centre) in its endeavors to build the nation.

According to National News Agency Nepal, Chair Dahal highlighted the party’s recent success in capturing public attention by winning local-level by-elections across various locations, defeating the ruling coalition. He stated that the party enjoyed significant support from the Nepali people, as evidenced by the influx of new members and supporters.

Chair Dahal, a former Prime Minister, emphasized that the political achievements in Nepal were largely due to the leadership of the CPN (Maoist Centre). He expressed confidence that the party would continue to protect these accomplishments and guide the country toward prosperity. He stressed the necessity of another movement to institutionalize the federal democratic republic and bring about national prosperity.

Furthermore, Chair Dahal argued for the need for a renewed movement to secure economic, social, and cultural rights, pointing out that political changes alone were insufficient for the country’s strength and development.
