Tamghas: The Tamghas-Ridi road section of Gulmi along the Madan Bhandari Highway is scheduled to be closed for a month.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Madan Bhandari Highway Project Office announced that the closure is necessary for road widening in the Thuldhunga area of Rurukshetra rural municipality. Ramesh Chaudhary, the chief engineer and head of the road office, stated that vehicular traffic will be completely halted from April 5 to May 4.
Despite the closure of the Tamghas-Ridi section, alternative routes have been arranged for vehicular movement. Engineer Chaudhary explained that vehicles can use the alternative route from PanitankiThorga-Syalpokhari-Syalbisauna to Ratamata road during this period.
