Today’s Need is to Unite Communists: Maoist Centre Chair Dahal

Kathmandu: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has emphasized the urgent need for unity among communists. He expressed this sentiment during a program held at the party office, which commemorated the 76th anniversary of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) and the 156th birth anniversary of Vladimir Lenin, the founder of the Russian Communist Party.

According to National News Agency Nepal, Dahal highlighted the significance of the event, noting that the establishment of the NCP and Lenin’s birth anniversary coinciding on the same day is not only a historic coincidence but also a source of inspiration. His address focused on the history of the communist party, its current status, and its future path.

Dahal remarked, “The NCP, established inspired by Lenin’s ideals, has now turned 77 years, which is a matter of pride for the entire communist movement.” His speech underscored the importance of unity among communists to further the party’s mission and ideals.
