Kathmandu: The secretariat meeting of the ruling CPN (UML) is set to take place today as preparations are underway for the party’s Second Statute General Convention.
According to National News Agency Nepal, UML’s publicity department chief, Rajendra Gautam, announced that the meeting is scheduled to commence at 3:00 this afternoon. The agenda for the meeting includes discussions on the political report, the statute amendment proposal report, and the organizational report, all of which are to be presented at the upcoming Statute General Convention.
The Statute General Convention of the UML is slated to begin on Friday and will span three days in Godavari, Lalitpur. The event is expected to focus on key organizational strategies and structural amendments within the party.
