Kathmandu: Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav attended a reception hosted here today on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Ambassador of Thailand to Nepal, Suwapong Sirisorn, highlighted the strengthening ties between Thailand and Nepal over the past 65 years of diplomatic relations. He reaffirmed Thailand’s commitment to supporting Nepal’s socio-economic development efforts to the fullest extent possible.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of heads and representatives of various diplomatic missions in Kathmandu, senior government officials, Thai citizens currently residing in Nepal, as well as entrepreneurs, businessmen, and senior media persons.
