Kathmandu: A total of 240 talents from 60 countries have been shortlisted for the second edition of two reality shows, ‘Mero Voice Universe’ and ‘Mero Dance Universe’. They were selected through auditions held in over 12 countries, including Nepal, by the ‘Intra-National Welfare and Support Foundation of America’. Foundation Executive Director Chudamani Bhattarai stated that 120 talents have been allocated to each of the reality shows.
According to National News Agency Nepal, over 7,000 Nepali-speaking individuals participated in the audition rounds. The Foundation has arranged for the travel of the shortlisted candidates to Kathmandu.
The selected participants include ten from the USA, two from Canada, ten from the UK, ten from Portugal, four from Bhutan, ten from Thailand, ten from Hong Kong, ten from Japan, two from Africa, ten from Dubai, ten from Qatar, ten from Australia, 60 from India, and 82 from various cities in Nepal. These candidates will compete in the two reality shows.
