Dhangadhi: Chief of Sudurpaschim Province, Najir Minya, has stated that the Nepali Army is fulfilling its responsibilities with honesty and efficiency. Addressing the 262nd Nepali Army Day in Dhangadhi on Monday, Province Chief Minya highlighted the long-standing collaboration between the Nepali Army and the citizens since its inception. He acknowledged the vital security the army provides to both the country and its people.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Minya emphasized the Nepali Army’s dedication not only to national security but also to disaster response activities such as rescue operations during earthquakes, floods, and landslides. He further noted the army’s commitment to developmental initiatives, nature conservation, and other significant works.
Speaking at the same event, Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah underscored the critical role of the Nepali Army in fostering national unity and contributing to the country’s development.
