Rupandehi: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Prasad Paudel, has highlighted Lumbini Province as a noteworthy destination for investment. Pledging to cultivate an investment-friendly environment, he called on the private sector to channel investments into Lumbini.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Minister Paudel, in his address at a discussion programme organized by the Kantipur Media Group in Rupandehi, invited the private investment community to consider the potential of Lumbini. He expressed optimism that Lumbini could play a pivotal role in elevating the country’s economy to new heights. He sought cooperation from all sectors to advance urban development, education, health, and industrial development in the area.
Minister Paudel also assured that the Gautam Buddha International Airport will soon operate at full capacity, further enhancing the region’s appeal to investors.
