Kathmandu: The Judicial Council has recommended the names of three individuals for the post of Supreme Court Justice. Those recommended are Senior Advocate Meghraj Pokharel, Chief Judge of the High Court, Janakpur, Shrikant Poudel, and Chief Judge of the High Court, Dipayal, Shantisingh Thapa.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Judicial Council spokesperson Ashok Kumar Chhetri stated that the council’s meeting on Monday had recommended the names of these three justices to the Supreme Court.
