Kirtipur: ‘Prehistoric History: Primitive Civilization’ by Bikram Shrestha, a researcher at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Florida, USA, has been released. The book was unveiled by professors of history and culture during a program organized by the Center for Culture and Archaeology Studies.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the event saw participation from notable academics including Prof Dr Peshal Kumar Dahal, Prof Dr Som Prasad Khatiwada, Prof Dr Madan Kumar Rimal, and Associate Professors Sandhya Khanal and Kabiraj Poudel. They emphasized the book’s potential to serve as a valuable resource for students and researchers in the fields of history, culture, and archaeology, especially given the scarcity of textbooks in Nepali on prehistoric history and primitive civilization.
Published by the Center for Culture and Archaeology Studies in Kirtipur, the book is priced at Rs. 860.
