Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Dr. Netra Prasad Timsina, the Ambassador of Nepal to Malaysia, as the non-resident ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines.
According to National News Agency Nepal, President Paudel made the appointment in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution and on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers. This move was announced by the President’s Office.
