Kathmandu: Three parliamentary committees of the House of Representatives are holding their meetings today.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Finance Committee, International Relations and Tourism Committee, and Women and Social Welfare Committee are set to address important legislative matters. The Finance Committee, meeting at 11:00 am, is expected to discuss the bill designed to amend the Bank and Financial Act, 2073.
The International Relations and Tourism Committee is consulting with experts on the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority Bill, 2081 and the Nepal Air Services Authority Bill, 2081. Meanwhile, the Women and Social Welfare Committee is scheduled to address various issues pertinent to its mandate.
