Bharatpur: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has praised the significant contributions of the late Chandrakanta Bagale in bringing about transformative changes in Nepal. At a condolence meeting held at the Bagale residence in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-4, Trichowk, President Deuba emphasized the pivotal roles played by Bagale in the movements that led to these changes.
According to National News Agency Nepal, President Deuba highlighted that the Nepali Congress would always recognize and honor individuals who have dedicated their time and efforts to the party’s organization. He reassured attendees that the party leadership remains committed to realizing the dreams of senior members and expressed a pledge to honor dedicated senior leaders.
Chandrakanta Bagale, born in Suryapal Village-8 of Lamjung on 15 Poush 1986 BS, passed away on 10 Shrawan 2082 BS at the age of 97. His legacy and contributions to the Nepali Congress and the nation’s progress are acknowledged and celebrated by President Deuba and the party.
