Kathmandu: The Supreme Court would remain open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm to conduct hearings on the writ petitions for habeas corpus during the Dashain holiday.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the hearing on writ petitions for habeas corpus, however, would not be held on Ghatasthapana, Bijaya Dashami, Kojagrat Purnima, and Saturday during Dashain. The apex court shared this information in a notice.
