Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping said here on Monday that China is making every effort to search for Chinese and foreign nationals who are missing in the mudslide disaster in China’s Xizang Autonomous Region, reported Xinhua.
According to Nam News Network, China is also taking all necessary measures to relocate and resettle those affected, provide medical treatment for the injured, and prevent secondary disasters. Xi made these remarks in his opening statement when meeting with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
In addition, China has dispatched rescuers to Nepal and provided emergency assistance. President Xi expressed sincere gratitude to President Japarov for expressing condolences over the disaster.
