Baghdad:Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has expressed his surprise at recent media reports linking him to unspecified allegations. In a press release issued on Thursday, he clarified that these reports are false and fabricated, created with malicious intent, leading to public confusion.
According to National News Agency RSS, Chief Justice Sharma has condemned the reports as baseless and urged the public not to be misled by such fabricated news.
Furthermore, Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal has also denied similar reports from some media outlets that suggest his involvement. He stated that these allegations are false and misleading, contributing to public confusion. Justice Phuyal reiterated his dedication to maintaining an independent judiciary and ensuring fair justice.
Reports in some media had claimed communications between high-level officials and Inam Sapkota, described as an intermediary.
