Kathmandu: The price of gold has dropped by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.66 grams), bringing it to Rs 216,100 in the domestic market today, as reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. This decline comes after gold was previously traded at a record high of Rs 217,100 per tola on Tuesday.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the price of silver has also seen a reduction, now trading at Rs 2,550 per tola after a Rs 45 decrease compared to Tuesday’s rates. In the international market, the price of gold is approximately 3,678 US dollars per ounce today, as noted by the Federation.
