Sunsari: Minister for Health and Population, Neesha Mehta, conducted an inspection of the District Hospital at Inaruwa, located in the Sunsari district, and inquired about the delivery of healthcare services.
According to National News Agency Nepal, during her visit, Minister Mehta emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring access to quality healthcare services for all citizens. She urged doctors and healthcare workers to approach patient care with a strong sense of service and dedication.
Minister Mehta also took the opportunity to interact with patients, gathering feedback on the hospital’s services. This initiative is part of her broader agenda to engage with the community and understand their healthcare needs firsthand.
Minister Mehta’s schedule for the day also includes on-site visits to other healthcare facilities in the district, including a community health institution in Itahari, Sunsari, and the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
