SAFF Women Club Championship: APF Nepal Defeats Karachi City FC 1-0


Kathmandu: In a football match held under the ongoing SAFF Women Club Championship, the APF Club of Nepal achieved its third victory by defeating Pakistan’s Karachi City FC. The match took place at the Tripureshwor-based Football Stadium in Kathmandu.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the APF Club of Nepal secured a 1-0 win against Karachi City FC of Pakistan, with Rasmi Kumari Ghising scoring the decisive goal in the 52nd minute of the game.



With this victory, the APF Club has now collected 7 points from three matches, while Bhutan’s Transport United has gathered 2 points from the same number of matches. In their first match, the APF Club defeated Nasarin Sports Academy of Bangladesh with a score of 4-0. The club later played a goalless draw against Bhutan’s Transport United in their second match.



The APF Club is scheduled to face India’s East Bengal next, with the match set for December 17.
