Kathmandu: Impact of westerly and local winds is in effect in the country at present.
According to National News Agency Nepal, there is a partial impact of the wind with water vapor emanating from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. The Weather Forecasting Division has predicted generally cloudy weather in the hilly regions of the country, while other areas will experience partly cloudy skies.
The forecast indicates that some parts of the hilly regions and one to two other areas will experience light rainfall accompanied by lightning and thunder. Additionally, high hills and the mountainous belt are expected to receive light rain and snowfall today.
Looking into the night, the hilly belts of the country along with the Madhes, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces are anticipated to have partially to generally cloudy weather, whereas the rest of the areas will enjoy clear weather.
