Kathmandu: Lawmakers have drawn the government’s attention to the urgent need for resolving the drinking water crisis in the Tarai region. Speaking during an emergency hour of the National Assembly (NA) meeting, they demanded immediate action to tackle issues arising from the ongoing water scarcity.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Ananda Prasad Dhungana emphasized the necessity of a long-term solution to the drinking water problems, not just temporary measures.
