Unity of Communist Parties Needed, Madhav Kumar Nepal Says


Kathmandu: Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has emphasized the necessity of polarization among leftist forces to streamline Nepal’s communist movement. He articulated his views during a program organized by the party’s central election commission.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the former Prime Minister highlighted that unity among like-minded communist parties is essential to guide the country and its people towards a progressive path. He revealed that efforts are underway to unite ideologically similar communist parties.



Madhav Kumar Nepal also addressed the need to tackle issues such as corruption, poverty, and unemployment, which he identified as barriers to promoting good governance in the country.
