Kathmandu: The price of gold and silver has increased in the domestic market today as compared to Friday.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association reported that gold is being traded at Rs 197,500 today, rising from Rs 195,200 per tola (11.66 grammes) on Friday, marking an increase of Rs 2,300 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has been determined at Rs 2,350 per tola today, up from Rs 2,310 per tola on Friday. The price of gold in the international market today is 3,372 US dollars per ounce.
